Deliverability
Maximize inbox placement with authentication, reputation management, and list hygiene
Deliverability
Deliverability is the measure of how reliably your emails land in the inbox rather than the spam folder. Even a perfectly authenticated sender can have deliverability problems if their list is dirty or their sending reputation is damaged.
Three Pillars
| Pillar | What It Controls |
|---|---|
| Authentication | Proves to receiving mail servers that you own your domain |
| Reputation | Your sender score based on bounce rate, spam complaints, and engagement |
| List Quality | Whether your recipients actually want to receive your email |
What Keplars Handles Automatically
- DKIM signing: every outgoing email is signed with a 2048-bit key linked to your verified domain
- Bounce tracking: hard and soft bounces are recorded per contact automatically
- Unsubscribe processing: one-click unsubscribes are processed and suppressed without any code on your side
- Complaint handling: ISP feedback loop reports are ingested and contacts are suppressed
Keplars handles the infrastructure. You are responsible for list quality and sending practices. Both matter equally.
